Frontend developer on SheepCRM, the UK's leading membership-management platform — software that automates renewals, processes payments, and helps organizations grow and engage their members. I took ownership of two critical features and kept the platform healthy for its users. (Delivered as an embedded engineer through Cloud Employee.)

Features I owned

• Calendar Events — a comprehensive event-management tool that made planning and scheduling effortless through an intuitive visual interface.
• Help Launcher — a context-sensitive in-app guidance system with real-time support, Intercom integration, and micro-service monitoring, significantly improving the user experience.

Quality & support

• Maintained rigorous testing with Jest, holding 95%+ frontend coverage — sharply reducing post-deployment bugs and improving reliability.
• Used React and React Context for clean component and state management.
• Triaged and resolved user-reported issues through Intercom, shipping client-facing hot fixes for fast, seamless updates.
